1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Vision East Advisory Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Broniewskiego 3, 01-785 Warszawa, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001099038, NIP 5273107449. 2. What data we process

• Data provided in the contact form or an inquiry: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
• Data provided when booking a call or meeting.
• Data entered in the valuation calculator, if you choose to send an inquiry or a report.
• Technical data related to your use of the site (e.g. IP address, server logs), to the extent necessary for its operation and security.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Handling your inquiry, contact and taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and carrying out our cooperation - Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in our services).
• Marketing of our own services, including sending information and materials - on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) or our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Establishing, pursuing or defending claims and fulfilling legal obligations - Art. 6(1)(f) and (c) GDPR.

4. Recipients of data and processors

Data may be entrusted to trusted providers who process it on our behalf and under data processing agreements: providers of hosting and site infrastructure, a database provider, an email delivery provider, a business email provider, an online meeting-booking provider, providers of advertising and conversion-measurement tools (Google Ads) and of web analytics (Google Analytics). Some of these entities may process data outside the European Economic Area - in which case it takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (including standard contractual clauses). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention period

We retain data for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and conduct correspondence, for the duration of our cooperation, and after it ends - for the limitation period of any claims and as required by legal obligations. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

• The right to access your data and to obtain a copy of it.
• The right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
• The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your inquiry, contact you or book a call.

8. Cookies and marketing tools

Beyond the necessary technical files, the site uses Google Ads (the Google tag, gtag.js) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including conversion tracking, and Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics - so that we know which content is useful and where our visitors come from. For this purpose Google may store cookies and collect data about your use of the site. The tools are provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC; data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR. We collect consent for advertising and analytics cookies via a banner shown on your first visit (the Google Consent Mode mechanism). Until consent is given, these files are not stored. You can change your choice by clearing the site's files and data in your browser settings.
